Qualification
Required
Proven experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to maintenance activities
This role is fully on-site, requiring regular presence at the plant
Ability to work within a structured environment and adhere to safety protocols
Willingness to engage collaboratively across departments to meet operational goals
Preferred
Experience with predictive maintenance technologies
Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
Previous exposure to Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Certification in maintenance or asset management (e.g., TPM, CMRT)
A relevant degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling roles within manufacturing settings
