Apprentice HVAC Installer

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, units, and basic control systems, for modular homes
Support senior installers in setting up and assembling HVAC components according to instructions
Learn and apply basic HVAC techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards under supervision
Perform general labor tasks, such as material handling, site preparation, and cleanup, to support HVAC installation projects
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to assist with installations
Follow blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions to ensure accurate installation support
Adhere to safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hard hats
Collaborate with production teams to meet project schedules and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required

EPA Section 608 certification or OSHA safety training is a plus, but not necessary
