VitalHub UK is seeking a Vice President of Compliance to lead their global compliance team. This role involves developing and overseeing the compliance program, ensuring adherence to various standards, and promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead the Compliance team and oversee audits and certifications around the world

Develop a Compliance programme within the team to ensure clear responsibilities, workflow and touch-points

Ensure the business and subsidiaries are compliant with relevant ISO (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.), SOC2, CE and other standards, as required by the business

Establish and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls across all business units

Ensure effective training programs to promote compliance awareness among employees

Implement systems for reporting, investigating, and resolving compliance issues

Identify additional compliance frameworks and tools that would benefit the business

Prepare and present compliance reports to executive leadership and the board

Oversee internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. Prepare, conduct and track assessments and progress for internal training purposes

Stay updated on changes in compliance standards and other relevant regulations. Ensure that the organisation’s processes are adjusted accordingly

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and quality/security enhancement

Any other duties or requests as expected by the business from time to time
