Qualification
Required
A strong understanding of sportsbook operations and betting mechanics
Experience working in a trading room or similar environment
A keen attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a constantly evolving market
A data-led mindset and the ability to interpret, analyse, and act on quantitative information
A passion for U.S. sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF/NCAAB, etc.) and awareness of current betting trends
