Responsibilities
The Senior Associate of Paid Social will be responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain plasma donors through paid social channels — primarily Meta and YouTube, with potential to expand to platforms like TikTok and others
Build and launch campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc
Work with Brand to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across paid social
A/B Test messaging strategies to identify the most impact channels and copy
Use data to uncover new opportunities for scaling and continually improve campaign efficiency
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Paid Social experience; experience at an early-stage company is a plus, 5+ years of experience is a plus
Meta Ads (required)
Proficiency in Excel, SQL experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
