Responsibilities
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for web, API, and database testing. (Prior Cypress experience preferred)
Functional, integration and full regression pre-deployment
Analyze user stories and acceptance criteria to identify test scope and design automated test cases
Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure a high-quality, rapid release process
Execute test runs, analyze results, log defects, and participate in defect triage and root cause analysis
Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members to ensure software quality and provide feedback
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and mentor other team members on automation best practices
Qualification
Required
Must possess an active Intel Clearance with a favorable polygraph; will not be considered without it
Test Automation expertise
Manual testing experience
Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
Experience with functional, integration, regression, and API testing
Strong communication, collaboration, written, and oral skills
Demonstrated hands-on experience and success leading test automation initiatives
Strong working knowledge of testing methodologies and strategies
Ability to query databases and create test data
Self-starter with no supervision needed to get up to speed on a project
Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
Experience with Cypress highly desired
Scrum Master experience is a plus
AWS experience
Penchant for finding ways to get things done
Thrive in an independent, dynamic “start-up” like environment
Passionate about agile testing and continuous improvement in the context of application lifecycle management
Experience automating both UI as well as back end interfaces
Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
