Senior Business Development Manager
Deux Vingt is a creative production agency focused on design, content, and strategy. They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead efforts in diversifying and growing their client portfolio by identifying opportunities and building relationships with C-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand Deux Vingt's presence across industry verticals
Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through targeted outreach, warm network activation, and industry positioning
Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, budget capacity, and alignment with agency capabilities and culture
Lead proposal development, pitch strategy, and client presentations in partnership with creative and production leadership
Guide pricing strategy and contract discussions, ensuring profitability and sustainable client relationships
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems, providing regular updates on deal progress and market insights
Represent Deux Vingt at industry events, conferences, and relevant forums to strengthen reputation and build partnerships
Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging opportunities
Ensure seamless handoff between business development and client onboarding, maintaining relationship continuity and setting clear expectations
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of business development, partnerships, or account development experience in creative, marketing, production, or agency environments
Demonstrated success developing and closing substantial new business opportunities with premium brands
Deep understanding of agency services, production workflows, project economics, and value-based pricing
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership
Extensive experience developing proposals, leading pitch processes, and negotiating contracts
Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with 6–9 month timelines
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities
Confident presenter with executive presence and ability to represent agency credibility at the highest levels
