Responsibilities
Manage, customize, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs
Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and flows to automate business processes
Oversee data imports, exports, and cleansing using standard Salesforce tools and dataloader.io
Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improvements
Troubleshoot, test, and optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and reliability
Potentially support integration with third-party apps and AI tools such as AgentForce
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, Flows, and declarative automation
Experience supporting 50+ users in a Salesforce environment
Excellent English communication skills for remote collaboration
Preferred
Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification
Experience with AI products like AgentForce
Experience with marketing cloud or other Salesforce Clouds beyond Sales Cloud
