The Video Remote Interpreter will interpret through a web-based system, assist clients with troubleshooting, and provide superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Translation Service
Responsibilities
Interpret through web-based VRI system
Answering inbound calls in a timely manner
Assist clients with basic troubleshooting (refer to manager or IT department if necessary)
Provide superior customer service
Qualification
Required
Maintain (as applicable) compliance with any national, state, or local licensing and/or certification requirements
Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct
Attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and the target language
Professional and positive phone manner with clients from all types of businesses
Preferred
Familiarity working in a windows environment
Experience with VRI systems
PC Trouble shooting skills
Previous interpreting experience
