Responsibilities
Project Support: Engage in a variety of construction labor, including site preparation, digging, lifting, and misc. tasks to contribute to the successful completion of projects
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure and healthy work environment for all crew members
Skill Development: Actively learn and apply new construction techniques, tools, and machinery operation, guided by experienced professionals
Site Maintenance: Assist in keeping construction sites clean and organized, promoting efficiency and professionalism
Qualification
Required
No prior construction experience required except a strong interest in building and construction, with a keenness to learn and contribute to the team
Physical fitness and stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks in different weather conditions
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions effectively
Willingness to work at various construction sites within the specified region
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Must have reliable transportation
