They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the finance team by managing vendor bill data entry, accounts payable processes, and assisting with accounting tasks using AP automation tools.

Responsibilities
AP inbox management, saving basic invoice details, and coding invoices daily
Process vendor bills and accurately enter data using Stampli AP automation software
Manage accounts payable transactions and related administrative tasks efficiently
Support accounting processes that improve operational efficiency
Work within integrated financial systems, including Stampli and NetSuite
Contribute to reducing operating overhead through accurate, timely processing
Assist the finance team with critical accounting and operational tasks
Help streamline AP processes as the company continues to scale
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable processing and data entry
Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, AP automation tools (Stampli a plus)
With dual monitor work set up
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Strong commitment to full-time engagement and long-term collaboration
Excellent English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing environment
Interest in supporting environmental sustainability initiatives
Preferred
Familiarity with accounting systems (NetSuite experience highly preferred)
With understanding of the differences between Canadian and U.S. taxes preferred
