Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts across the West Territory
Drive outbound prospecting to build pipeline with small and mid-sized companies
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and move opportunities through the full sales cycle
Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proposals aligned to customer needs
Develop weekly territory plans, account strategies, and accurate forecasts
Build strong relationships with engineering managers, product teams, and technical decision-makers
Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to support opportunities and customer outcomes
Stay informed on market developments, industry trends, and competitive offerings
Maintain consistent pipeline generation and activity aligned to commercial sales expectations

Qualification

Software sales experienceFull-cycle commercial salesOutbound prospecting skillsMEDDPICC methodologySalesforce proficiencyCommunication skillsPresentation skillsOrganizational skillsCollaboration skills

Required

3–5+ years of software sales experience, ideally selling into industrial, medical, consumer, aerospace & defense, automotive, or high-tech markets
Proven track record managing full-cycle commercial sales and meeting or exceeding quota
Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline-building skills
Ability to communicate technical value and serve as a trusted advisor to engineering and product teams
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and collaboration skills
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies

Preferred

Experience with development tools, embedded software, or QA automation
Salesforce proficiency
Existing relationships with commercial accounts in the Western U.S
