Assist with all aspects of private equity investing, including investment sourcing and underwriting, market and industry research, and ad-hoc firm operational projects
Perform due diligence, conduct financial analysis, analyze competitive landscapes, complete quarterly reports, create presentations or informational materials, and draft investment committee materials
Support the firm’s fundraising activity
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of investment banking, private equity, debt financing or consulting experience
Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with strong work ethic who is comfortable operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment
Strong intellectual curiosity and project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
Financial modeling skills required, with strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
Preferred
Technical background in computer engineering or product design is a plus
