Write, refine, and improve prompts that evaluate call center conversations
Test prompt performance to ensure it meets customer expectations
Translate client needs into logical, structured AI instructions
Identify inconsistencies, fix edge cases, and optimize accuracy
Qualification
Required
Think logically and pay close attention to detail
Write and communicate with clarity
Enjoy improving 'almost right' solutions until they're perfect
Are comfortable having thoughtful, solution-focused conversations with clients
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
Preferred
Experience in contact centers or quality assurance
Familiarity with GPT-style AI tools
An eye for how systems might be misused or 'gamed'
