INTERN PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities

Administers the Outreach and Campus Liaison Program
Establishes, defines, and implements requirements for a year-round program to ensure CFTs meet/exceed their annual allocations in support of Force Renewal Programs
Participates in College/University Forums, Virtual and In-Person Info Sessions, and Recruiter Training
Establishes and maintains constructive working relationships with Career Field Chiefs, Career Field Program Leads, Talent Acquisition, and Field Supporting Facilities

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required
Males must be registered for Selective Service
Must complete initial online questionnaire and additional assessment(s)
One year of specialized experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent in other pay systems
Knowledge of the mission, operating programs, and organizational structure of the Intern program's functional community on an AF-wide basis
Knowledge of policies, concepts, and procedures affecting the Air Force's functions to effectively administer assigned programs
Knowledge of the principles, theories, techniques, practices, mission, and organizational structure of the Air Force and or functional field
Knowledge of the laws, regulations, principles, and practices of Human Resources program administration
Knowledge of sustainment program inspection requirements, reports, and program terms
Skill in adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to the measurement and improvement of program effectiveness
Ability to prepare special studies and staff reports
Ability to establish effective working relationships and to communicate well with others, orally and in writing
