They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client requests and correspondence, maintain client activity in their automation system, and ensure timely delivery of policy documents.

Responsibilities
Initiate, screen, and prepare change/endorsement requests
Check in all policy documents for accuracy and deliver to clients via client portal or mail
Issue Certificates of Insurance as requested
Order and interpret Motor Vehicle Reports and any client-related documents
Handle telephone requests and correspondence with agency clients
Maintain all client activity in the agency automation system (Applied Epic)
Utilize discretion and independent judgment
Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required
Prior experience in a customer facing role required
Ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize high volume of workload
Ability to remain professional and courteous with clients at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in working collaboratively with a team in a professional manner on a daily basis
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance preferred
Active Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred, or the ability to obtain within 30 days if not already licensed
