Senior Web & Digital Analytics Specialist
Invesp is the leading conversion optimization agency in North America, seeking a Senior Web & Digital Analytics Specialist to build their analytics function from the ground up. The role involves standardizing analytics tracking, designing tracking architecture, and providing actionable insights to enhance client performance.

Responsibilities
Standardize client analytics tracking across all accounts
Build reporting templates for key metrics and testing results
Audit and fix data accuracy issues in existing setups
Own advanced GA4 and GTM setups (custom events, dataLayer configs, complex triggers, debugging)
Design and maintain tracking architecture to ensure reliable, accurate data
Analyze performance across websites, funnels, and campaigns, delivering actionable insights
Build dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools
Partner with CRO strategists and developers to ensure clean implementations
Translate technical findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years in digital analytics (agency experience a plus, not required)
Advanced GA4 setup and reporting
Advanced GTM (custom events, dataLayer, complex triggers)
SQL / BigQuery for querying and modeling (strong plus)
Looker Studio and/or Power BI dashboard creation
Strong foundation in statistical analysis and experimentation (CRO-specific experience is a bonus, not required)
Able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
Detail-obsessed with high accuracy standards
Proactive in spotting insights and opportunities
Confident but diplomatic when challenging incorrect assumptions
Experience mentoring or leading others
Comfortable being hands-on now while preparing to lead a team
Available for client and team meetings between 8am–1pm CST
