Responsibilities
Lead the performance and growth of BOQ Group’s brands and banking products across digital channels
Own the digital optimisation strategy and manage a team of specialists focused on delivering seamless user experiences, high-performing content, and strong conversion outcomes
Oversee experimentation programs, analytics, and platform management to ensure BOQ Group remains at the forefront of digital capability, including the adoption of AI
Drive the roadmap for uplift initiatives and collaborate across Digital, UX, Marketing, Technology, Analytics and Product teams to align digital efforts with business goals and customer needs
Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy and technical standards, maintaining high data integrity
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending enhancements to tools and processes that support BOQ Group’s commitment to digital excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong track record of guiding technical and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes
Ability to drive customer acquisition through data-led digital strategies
Deep understanding of digital platforms, product development, UX/UI principles, and customer journey mapping
Extensive experience in designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests across websites and mobile apps
Solid foundation in statistical analysis and experiment design
Technical proficiency in A/B testing platforms such as Amplitude and Adobe Target
Experience with web analytics tools and content management systems
Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive business performance
Ability to communicate complex and technical concepts with clarity and influence
Experience engaging both senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences
Thrives in cross-functional environments, working seamlessly with product, UX, analytics, and engineering teams
Embraces innovation and agility, continuously seeking ways to improve and experiment in fast-paced settings
Commitment to continuous learning in digital optimisation and experimentation trends
