Senior Level, Lead/StaffxLabs is a company that provides core infrastructure and contributes to open-source technologies for the Internet of Value. They are seeking a Senior / Staff Site Reliability Engineer with a focus on managing compute infrastructure and supporting decentralized applications, particularly in the blockchain domain.

Responsibilities
You are capable of working efficiently in distributed teams, with a strong focus on clear and frequent communication
You think critically about the problems presented to the team and can propose multiple solutions, ideally documented in written form
You are proactive, taking initiative while keeping the team’s success in mind
You are comfortable communicating in English, both verbally and in writing
You have experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps
You have experience with workload orchestration solutions, such as, Kubernetes
You can reason about software design and distributed systems
You are proficient in at least one programming language
You have experience running Blockchain RPC nodes and Validators, such as Ethereum, Solana or similar ones
Qualification
