Responsibilities
Work with a modern tech stack including Ruby on Rails, React, Kotlin, Objective-C, and SQL to build intuitive, high-impact experiences for small business teams
Design scalable systems that power millions of hourly workers and small businesses
Build modern tools that simplify compliance, scheduling, payroll, and more
Develop elegant infrastructure to support real-time communication and performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features quickly and thoughtfully
Qualification
Required
Experience with a modern tech stack including Ruby on Rails, React, Kotlin, Objective-C, and SQL
Ability to design scalable systems
Experience building modern tools for compliance, scheduling, payroll, and more
Ability to develop infrastructure for real-time communication and performance
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
Driven by impact and innovation
