Required

5+ years of software engineering experience

Experience with building web apps having designed and implemented features from start to finish (full-stack, using Typescript and ideally AWS)

Experience with best-in-class tooling in AWS, IaaC, observability and quality assessments

Ability to build highly reliable & well architected products

Experience with quality, observability & redundancy at the forefront

Comfortable moving across the stack when necessary

Enjoy problem solving and thinking from first principles

Crave ownership and are keen to take on bigger engineering projects

Team player excited by helping maximize team performance

Comfortable when faced with ambiguity and excited to make decisions

Preferred

You've performed exceptionally at something else in the past, be it academics, sport, work etc. You've gone above and beyond the norm
