Field Service Engineer
Hemmersbach is a global provider of IT infrastructure services with a commitment to social responsibility. They are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide day-to-day support at customer locations and assist with technical issues related to their equipment.
Responsibilities
Provide day to day support at the customer locations within a geographical region(s)
Support customers in technical problems they have with their technical equipment
Qualification
Required
18 months of IT experience (or equivalent)
Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems
Driving licence
Excellent time management skill
