Responsibilities
Replace existing TibCo-based integrations with Solace PubSub+ messaging solutions
Develop, implement, and maintain event-driven integrations and microservices
Build and optimize Solace message flows, topics, queues, and routing patterns
Write clean, efficient, scalable code using Java (and optionally C++)
Integrate Solace PubSub+ with internal and external systems through APIs and connectors
Ensure high performance, reliability, and low-latency messaging
Work with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Troubleshoot issues related to message delivery, configuration, or performance
Prepare technical documentation for new integrations and migration processes
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java
Strong knowledge of Solace PubSub+, event-driven systems, and messaging patterns
Experience migrating or integrating enterprise systems via messaging middleware
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with TibCo EMS or similar technologies (nice to have)
Experience with C++ is an advantage, but not mandatory
