Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with our UK-wide partner network through clear, confident communication
Investigate and resolve customer queries with care and precision, using Salesforce to track and deliver outstanding service
Take ownership of your workload, supported by regular one-to-ones with your manager
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and deliver best-in-class waste solutions
Keep customer records accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth operations across the business
Use your growing industry knowledge to offer bespoke solutions that meet client needs without compromising on service or sustainability

Required

Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
A proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to take initiative
Confidence and professionalism in handling complaints effectively
Excellent time management skills, especially in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working towards deadlines, targets, and KPIs
High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
