Divorce, including high-asset matters
Custody and time-sharing matters
Alimony and support
Modifications and enforcement
Paternity and domestic violence
Mediation, hearings, and trials
Drafting, discovery, and strategy development
Client-facing work from day one
Collaboration with paralegals and junior team members
Frequent courtroom opportunities
Ability to shape cases strategically
Qualification
Required
0 to 7 years of family law experience
Active Florida Bar license in good standing, or willingness to waive or sit for it
Strong written and verbal communication
Organized and self-driven
Skilled with Microsoft Office
Comfortable using Zoom for virtual hearings
Client-first mindset
Strategic and compassionate
Growth-oriented
Able to work independently
Collaborative and professional
Preferred
Litigation experience preferred
Clio experience is a plus
