Own the brand: You are the guardian of our aesthetic. You ensure consistency across our apps, website, and communications

Build, don't just mockup: You design high-converting landing pages and interactive experiences. You don't just hand off a Figma, you understand how the web works and you ship assets that are ready for production

Inject the 'Magic': Collaborate with Product Designers on key initiatives to infuse our brand DNA. Where necessary, you add the 'delight' layer: crafting the specific sounds, animations, and visual refinements that make the product feel premium

Ship fast: You thrive in ambiguity. You prefer a shipped v1 over a perfect concept that never launches
