Responsibilities
Create detailed steel fabrication drawings using CAD, Tekla, SDS2, and Revit software
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to produce accurate detailing
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure project requirements are met
Provide support during the fabrication and erection phases by answering questions and resolving issues related to detailing
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in steel detailing and construction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Steel Detailer or in a similar role
Proficiency in detailing software such as Tekla, SDS2, Bluebeam
Strong understanding of structural steel construction and detailing principles
Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to steel structures
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
