Responsibilities
Develop full project lifecycle schedules (precon → closeout) for mission-critical projects
Lead schedule reviews, risk analysis, and forecasting for traveling project teams
Collaborate with PMs, Supers, trade partners, engineers, and executives to ensure accurate sequencing
Evaluate subcontractor schedules for accuracy, logic, and alignment with the master schedule
Identify constraints or delays early and recommend mitigation strategies
Prepare schedule narratives, progress updates, and executive-level reporting
Support scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across regions
Travel to active project sites nationwide to support on-the-ground teams
Qualification
Required
7–15+ years of construction scheduling experience
Strong background with large commercial, industrial, or mission critical/data center projects
Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience with risk analysis tools a plus
Ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and communicate complex info clearly
Willingness to travel regularly for project needs
Preferred
Understanding of MEP-heavy, fast-track construction is highly preferred
