Responsibilities

Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse associates and drivers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Create, document, and coach associates through performance improvement plans
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring resource availability and process efficiency
Ensure order accuracy and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Manage both inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring customers are served in a timely manner
Manage temporary labor and overtime expenses
Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse environment
Maintain inventory management system accuracy and conduct physical counts
Manage supplies, tools, and fleet equipment
Perform other duties as directed by the Branch Operations Manager

Required

Oversee the warehouse operations, including personnel, deliveries, and inventory management
Oversee all warehouse activities, such as shipping and receiving, picking and packing orders
Report directly to the Branch Operations Manager
Supervise a team of Warehouse Associates and Drivers
Ensure smooth operational flow and effective communication across all levels

Preferred

Industry and warehouse management experience
Familiarity with inventory control and safety procedures
Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
Commitment to customer experience and continuous improvement
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
Work schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or as directed by the Branch Operations Manager
