Sr Loan Officer

Flipside Lending is expanding its sales team to accelerate growth and is seeking motivated loan originators to drive new business. The role involves sourcing, cultivating, and converting leads into funded loans while providing exceptional service to clients, supported by a strong marketing and operations team.

Responsibilities

Source and qualify investor, broker, and builder leads through outbound calling, email, social channels, events, and referrals
Structure terms across Fix & Flip, Bridge, Ground-Up, Rental/DSCR, and Multifamily programs, matching client goals to Flipside’s credit box
Shepherd deals from application through funding, coordinating with underwriting, processing, and draw management to ensure a friction-free borrower experience
Maintain a 90-day funnel in Salesforce and attend weekly production forecasts and present your funnel
Execute disciplined follow-up cadences (calls, SMS, email, LinkedIn) to hit daily and weekly activity KPIs
Track competitor pricing, leverage, and turn times; surface insights that influence pricing and program tweaks
Deliver 'voice of the customer' feedback to marketing and leadership on messaging, collateral, and new-product ideas
Build channel partnerships with real-estate brokers, wholesalers, contractors, and title/escrow teams to generate repeat deal flow

Required

Four or more years originating private-money, hard-money, or DSCR/rental loans, with comfort structuring 1–4 unit, small-balance multifamily, and bridge transactions
Documented track record of $80 million-plus annual funded volume or six or more $1million loans per month
Working knowledge of rehab budgets, ARV analysis, LTC/LTV/LTV-as-completed calculations, and draw processes
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate complex terms into plain language for investors
FINRA/NMLS or state MLO license is a plus (or willingness to obtain.)
