Responsibilities

Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings to accurately model component parts and assemblies

Collaborates effectively with designers and engineers, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach

Demonstrated expertise in operating milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, hardness testers, CNC machines, and precision measuring instruments

Skilled in setting up and fabricating custom fixtures to support complex machining operations

Experienced in working with a wide range of materials, including metals, plastics, and wood

Committed to maintaining a safe work environment through proper handling of machinery and materials, with a strong focus on personal and team safety

Strong knowledge of Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) and G-code programming

Preferred

Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or graduation from a technical trade school is highly desirable

Should have exposure to Mastercam and SolidWorks (version 2018 or newer)
