Responsibilities

Collaborate with the technical team to support and maintain development
Assist in developing, testing, and implementing enhancements, customizations, and integrations
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related
Contribute to the documentation of technical processes, configurations, and system changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions for business challenges

Required

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Attention to detail a must
Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Familiarity with programming languages like PL/SQL, Java, or Python is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
Local candidates preferred
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
