Whirr Crew s.r.o. is seeking a Junior Test Analyst / Manual Tester to join their testing team working on key internal systems and processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with experienced testers, learn core applications, and execute testing while expanding into test analysis and data preparation.

Responsibilities

Learn and understand selected core applications from our internal portfolio

Understand the fundamental business processes related to those applications (focus: car financing & insurance)

Collaborate with experienced testers on test execution and gradually expand into test analysis and test data preparation

Prepare and execute testing of new deliveries at the INT testing level

Create and maintain test scenarios, defects, and test plans in Jira (including X-Ray in Jira)

Work within established testing standards, methodology, and team collaboration rules

Required

Minimum 1 year experience in software testing, including creating test scenarios and executing manual tests

Ability to understand complex business processes and actively apply insights during testing

Ability to process information from multiple sources and proactively verify findings

Experience with Jira or similar tool (not required — training available)
