Business Litigation Paralegal
Robert Half is a boutique litigation firm located in Downtown Seattle, dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation in complex and high-stakes matters. They are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.

Responsibilities
Court Filings: Prepare and electronically file legal documents in state and federal courts, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines
Calendaring: Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling court appearances, depositions, deadlines, and meetings
Document Drafting: Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
Trial Preparation: Assist with organizing trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related materials; coordinate logistics for hearings and trials
Case Management: Maintain case files, organize and manage discovery documents, and assist with document production and review
Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather information and provide updates
Legal Research: Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy and filings
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury, business litigation, or white collar defense
Proficiency in e-filing systems (e.g., PACER, state court portals)
Strong knowledge of Washington State and Federal court procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
Preferred
3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in personal injury or business/commercial litigation
Strong knowledge of Washington State court procedures and rules
Proficiency in electronic filing systems and legal case management software
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and document review platforms
A paralegal certificate from an accredited program is preferred
