SEM Paid Search Manager
Cuerpo Talent is a high-growth healthtech company seeking a results-driven SEM / Paid Search Manager to lead its multi-channel digital advertising strategy. The role involves optimizing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions across various platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of SEM and paid media campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Manage budgets, audience targeting, keyword strategy, copywriting, A/B testing, and bid optimizations
Build and maintain full-funnel attribution and conversion tracking using:
Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and more
Analyze and report on campaign KPIs: CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and bounce rate
Collaborate with analytics and web teams to ensure accurate GA4 tracking and clean data flow
Work closely with creative, product, and content teams to brief, test, and iterate ad concepts
Stay ahead of platform updates, ad policies, and digital trends to continually refine strategy
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale, multi-channel paid media campaigns
Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram via Business Manager)
Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads
Deep expertise in TikTok Ads
Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, paid + organic synergy, and SEO principles
Advanced conversion tracking and attribution skills (GTM, UTMs, CRM integration)
High proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and campaign reporting dashboards
Exceptional attention to detail, copywriting instincts, and testing methodology
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred
