Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable deployment architectures for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration into their IT environments
Deploy and manage cloud, hybrid, and on-premise infrastructures using Kubernetes, Docker, Singularity, and other containerization tools
Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding, deployment, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term satisfaction
Respond to IT and security assessments, addressing compliance requirements across security, networking, and data privacy
Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Platform teams to refine deployment processes, improve scalability, and deliver customer feedback into product improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and implementation guides to support both internal teams and customer enablement
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
At least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise software in cloud and/or HPC environments
Production experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Singularity
Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with strong knowledge of networking and security fundamentals
Proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers to scope, deploy, and maintain infrastructure
Clear and proactive communicator, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and balance technical depth with customer needs
