Inspect estimate packages for completeness and accuracy in a timely manner
Lead preprocess research
Work with scheduling to ensure estimates are complete to meet production demand
Interface with engineering, car owners, and customers for repair instructions (contract review)
Verify the incorporation of supplemental repairs into final Billing Repair Card (BRC)
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) of supplemental repairs
Able to perform tasks that require climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms. Verifies cars are properly secured and identified prior to releasing
Able to pass drug screen and physical
