Responsibilities

Develops scalable experience strategies and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the overarching product strategy
Builds the framework and identifies how to track the product's key success metrics while measuring overall business opportunity
Collaborates across design, analytics, technology, and other functions to provide recommendations and articulate benefits
Leads strategic initiatives to enhance and transform digital customer experiences, identifying new business opportunities and scalable solutions
Maintains a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and emerging trends
Delivers executive-level communications and presentations
Informs product roadmaps by partnering with product leaders to accelerate strategic plans
Demonstrates strong entrepreneurial leadership, navigating a highly matrixed organization, building consensus, and influencing stakeholders to drive results

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product strategy, digital transformation, FinTech or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and synthesize insights into actionable and scalable strategies
Deep understanding of customer experience design, digital platforms, and data-driven decision-making
Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills; adept at building relationships and driving results across all levels without direct control over resources
High personal initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and intellectual curiosity
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Collaborative leader who always considers both the big picture and critical details

Preferred

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Background in financial services or digital marketing agency
