Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise reporting and dashboards for store performance, labor productivity, omni-channel adoption (Buy Online Pick Up in Store, Curbside, Ship From Store), and strategic initiatives
Build and automate reporting pipelines that integrate data from POS, ecommerce, supply chain, labor, and financial systems
Partner with Data Analyst to embed predictive models and advanced analytics into reports for forward-looking insights
Establish data governance standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reliability across all Operations reporting
Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reviews, prepare reporting packages for executive meetings
Support competitive intelligence and market benchmarking through external reporting and trend analyses
Translate complex datasets into executive-ready visualizations, presentations, and dashboards to inform decision-making at the highest levels
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or related field
3–5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or analytics, preferably in retail or omni-channel operations
Expert proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and strong command of SQL
Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Python or R is a plus
Demonstrated experience working with large, complex retail datasets (POS, ecommerce, fulfillment, financial)
Experience distilling data into executive-level strategic storytelling
Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data to business performance
Anticipates data and reporting needs/opportunities for Operations Leadership
Able to quickly and effectively pull data and translate for executive leadership
Excellent data visualization and storytelling capabilities
High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership
