Responsibilities

Analyze blockchain and payments data (wallet activity, liquidity flows, protocol events) at scale

Validate blockchain transactions and reconcile onchain data with internal ledgers and data sources

Interact with blockchain APIs and our data lake to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Build and maintain automated data models and ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, Airflow, and dbt

Design dashboards that reveal trends across user growth, capital movement, and transaction health

Develop and automate KPIs to monitor product health, payments success, and system reliability

Partner with engineers to improve data quality, schema design, and pipeline performance

Communicate insights through clear, actionable storytelling accessible to all audiences

Qualification

Required

3+ years in analytics, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial platforms

Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (wallets, bridges, DEXs, token mechanics)

Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, numpy, visualization tools)

Experience developing ETL pipelines with Airflow or equivalent orchestrators

Familiarity with dbt and version-controlled analytics workflows

Ability to build clear and intuitive BI dashboards (QuickSight, Tableau, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset

Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business impact

Preferred

Experience reconciling blockchain and internal financial data at scale

Expertise automating reconciliation, validation, or monitoring systems in data environments
