They are seeking a Maintenance Intern to assist in maintaining and repairing electromechanical drives, sensors, and automated machinery, working closely with maintenance and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair electromechanical drives, sensors and automated machinery

Work with maintenance and engineers to install and evaluate electromechanical systems to support the manufacturing process

Qualification

CNC manufacturing equipmentPLCsMotor controlsProgramming PLCsThree phase powerTestingMeasuring equipmentMechanical assembliesShop tools

Required

Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment, PLCs, motor controls and mechanical assemblies

Knowledge of working with three phase power as well as a variety of different control voltages

Ability to use all shop tools

Ability to use all testing and measuring equipment and tools required to maintain or repair electromechanical control systems

Preferred

Knowledge of programming PLC's, HMI's as well as PC based systems
