Responsible for patient registration and order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing
May also be responsible for specimen pick-up in offices, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other tasks related to the operation of the specific location

Qualification

Medical Assistant-CertifiedPhlebotomy CertificationPhlebotomy experienceCompletion of phlebotomy coursePublic interaction experience

Required

High school graduate or equivalent
Current Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible - must complete the training and submit application within 90 days of hire

Preferred

Completion of phlebotomy course or training
Phlebotomy experience
Previous experience dealing with the public
