Creating and directing efficient systems for registration staff in the Emergency Department, Admitting, Same Day Surgery and Labor and Delivery
Directing and managing patient access and financial counseling for the hospital
Collaborating with staff and leadership within the organization to drive standard processes and ensure consistency of practices
Driving continuous process improvement within the Revenue Cycle domain
Providing financial management, leadership and expertise in managing all details of assigned operations
Fostering and promoting a culture of excellence in customer service to internal and external clients
Building trust and collaboration amongst the team by enhancing employee engagement, addressing performance results, and providing coaching and mentoring
Playing a key leadership role with the Health System Revenue Cycle Team, with involvement in decisions affecting all areas of the revenue cycle
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating and directing efficient systems for registration staff in healthcare settings
Proven experience in managing patient access and financial counseling
Strong collaboration skills with staff and leadership within the organization
Ability to drive standard processes and ensure consistency of practices
Experience in continuous process improvement within the Revenue Cycle domain
Financial management expertise in managing operations
Leadership skills to foster a culture of excellence in customer service
Ability to build trust and collaboration amongst the team
