Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates, often for mid-to-senior level roles

Create and execute innovative methods to find and attract top talent, utilizing various channels

Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other leaders to understand hiring needs and define job requirements

Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients, and provide market insights

Handle the negotiation of terms, making verbal and written offers and managing the pre-onboarding process

Maintain compliance with hiring policies and processes

Participate in efforts to enhance the company's reputation

Available to fill in on other Talent duties when necessary

Posting jobs, setting up the interview plan, reviewing applications, screening candidates, explaining our total rewards, scheduling interviews with the hiring panel, making verbal offers, followed by written offers, and setting newly hired people up for day one

Required

Three to five (3 - 5) years of work experience

An ability to be candid and transparent

An ability to get and stay relatively well organized
