Account Representative

Complete Legal is seeking an Account Representative to partner with the sales team and ensure client satisfaction. The role involves supporting the sales team, building relationships with clients, and contributing to direct sales after training.

Responsibilities

Answering phone calls, picking up projects, gathering work instructions, understanding the client’s deadlines, and ensuring the project is delivered 100% correctly
You will build sustainable relationships of trust with our clients through open and interactive communication, listening to their needs, and going the extra mile for them
Work as part of a team while growing as an individual contributor
Support both Senior Account Managers and Account Managers where needed
Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings. You will also promptly return phone calls and emails, sometimes outside of regular working hours
Acting as the point of contact for clients to access our services and have a strong understanding of our services and communicate what we do for our clients
Be able to demonstrate the ability to excel at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time efficiently and effectively

Required
