Responsibilities

Oversee the development, integration, and maintenance of SPY-6 software baselines for radar systems

Ensure proper configuration control, versioning, and release tracking of software baselines

Manage and maintain Jira workflows for tracking software development, defect resolution, and feature requests

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely updates in Jira

Administer and manage ClearCase and Git repositories to maintain proper version control and branching strategies

Develop and enforce best practices for source code management, including branching, merging, and tagging workflows

Support developers with repository setup, troubleshooting, and process adherence

Migrate and integrate legacy ClearCase repositories to Git, as required

Author and oversee the release of Field Bulletins to communicate critical software updates or fixes

Develop and distribute Software Version Descriptions (SVDs) to document baseline changes and enhancements

Coordinate the release of software baselines to LBTS for testing and validation

Collaborate with customers to deliver software updates and provide technical support during integration

Work closely with software developers, system engineers, and program managers to meet project milestones and quality standards

Act as the primary point of contact for baseline-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience

Experience in Jira and related agile project management tools

Experience In configuration management tools and practices

Experience with customer test site environments, system testing, and field deployment processes

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
