Responsibilities

Accurately diagnose vehicle systems and complete high-quality repairs
Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex issues efficiently
Perform thorough digital inspections and detailed maintenance documentation
Communicate clearly with customers and the service department to keep everyone updated
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and legal requirements

Qualification

ASE CertificationsProficiency with hand toolsCustomer service skillsTeam-oriented attitude

Required

10+ years of hands-on experience in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair at an automotive repair shop
Proficiency with hand tools and shop equipment
ASE Certifications
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
A positive, solutions-driven mindset and team-oriented attitude
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Work with tools overhead and in tight spaces
Stand and walk for the majority of the workday in a high-volume environment
Have the dexterity to use hand tools efficiently and drive manual transmission vehicles
