Senior LevelSysEleven is a partner for managed cloud and Kubernetes services based in Germany. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and automation of as-a-Service products, implementing Infrastructure as Code and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support customer success.

Responsibilities
Design and maintenance of scalable infrastructures using IaC tools (Terraform) in cloud or on-premise environments
Creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment strategies (e.g., Blue-Green, Canary)
Development of automation scripts and internal tools in Go, Python, or Bash to optimize DevOps processes
Management of container-based applications with Docker and Kubernetes, including Helm charts and network configurations
Implementation of observability and automation of security vulnerability scans
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, as well as defining and implementing best practices for DevOps processes
Qualification
Required
Experience with Linux operating systems and Kubernetes, as well as working with GitOps tools
Good knowledge of Go / Golang (experience in other programming languages like Python or Rust is a plus)
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu
Familiarity with CI systems, especially GitLab CI
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as English language proficiency at C2 level and, ideally, German at B2 level
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana stack, as well as OS image building (e.g., VMs, bare metal, or container images)
