Head of Product Delivery
Growth Leads is a leading affiliate and lead generation company working within the iGaming and finance verticals. As Head of Product Delivery, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery process for new site launches and feature releases, ensuring timely and organized project management.

Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery process for new site launches and feature releases, ensuring projects ship on time and to specification
Handle incoming feature requests and launch requirements from exec team and product owners, prioritizing effectively and maintaining a clear, well-organized backlog
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of delivery processes, technical specifications, feature releases, and project status to ensure visibility across the organization
Work closely with our tech team to understand capacity, identify bottlenecks, and facilitate smooth handoffs between teams
Manage and support a small team of product managers, ensuring alignment and consistent delivery standards
Identify and remove bottlenecks in our delivery pipeline, implementing processes and systems that enable us to scale efficiently
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on delivery timelines, blockers, and project status
Coordinate monthly site launches, ensuring all dependencies are addressed and teams are aligned for successful go-lives
Qualification
Required
Proven track record managing product delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple concurrent projects
Strong grasp of web development processes, technical requirements, and software delivery - you don't need to code, but you need to speak the language
Obsessive about documentation and creating systems that provide clarity and visibility to everyone involved
Deep experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
Skilled at gathering requirements, managing expectations, and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Natural ability to create order from chaos, implementing systems and workflows that scale
Experience managing product managers or delivery teams
Strong written and verbal English communication skills; you'll be writing documentation, specifications, and communicating with stakeholders daily
Preferred
Prior experience in the iGaming affiliate space is a strong plus
Anticipates bottlenecks and blockers before they become issues and takes initiative to resolve them
