They are seeking an Administrator in Training to prepare for a licensed nursing home administrator role through hands-on training in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, financial management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities
Learn and assist with the day-to-day operations of a facility, including staffing, resident care, and staff supervision
Assist with budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and other financial aspects of the facility
Ensure the facility is compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations, and assist with audits and reporting
Focus on resident satisfaction and serve as a point of contact for residents and their families
Actively participate in meetings, take on leadership tasks, and learn from a licensed administrator or preceptor
Qualification
Required
Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Ability to pass the Minnesota Nursing Home Administration licensing exam within six months of hire
Must be willing to relocate to open Nursing Administrator position within Monarch once AIT program is completed
Proficient in basic bookkeeping skills
Familiar with office equipment and proficient computer skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
Excellent communication skills
Able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Must qualify for employment, after criminal background check, according to guidelines of the Minnesota Department of Human Services
Preferred
Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administration license
